    Boat carpet replace

does anyone know of someone who installs carpet in boats? Mine is about worn out. I live in the Houston area. thanks

Do it yourself. I promise that you will trade boats the next time the carpet is shot.

Not really hard to do, just takes time to make it look right. It probably took me about a week of long evening to do mine. It looked so good that I sold the boat and bought a Mako with the white floor and no carpet at all.

There is a guy in Porter I use, he is quick and very reasonable cost.

I will get his info this evening when I get home.

Save a few extra coins and get it gel coated. Won't have to do it again.

Unless it's a bass boat of course.

Ain't got a clue on who is the best installer. I do have an idea of the quality of carpet.

Whatever Ranger installs on their boats is for sure durable. Bought my boat in 1995 and it still has the original carpet. Not going to change it any time soon either. What it is, and what their source is, I have no idea, but it's good stuff. I'm the last guy anybody would accuse of babbying their boat.
