I was there a few weeks ago. We ate at Serious Texas BBQ. Wasn't too bad and I think on Mondays they have $1 rib special. Basically $1 per rib.

You won't regret doing this.

We go every year. The train ride to silverton is a must do, but this time of year they only go half way. To eat you must try Steam Works!

The springs over here in pagosa is nice it will be busy this time of year we have no snow over here or wolf creek ski area is nice lots of snow up there can see the big horn sheep on the road this time of year good pic pretty close up to at times

Fired Up Pizza is good and wood fired.
Gazpachos New Mexican is my favorite place to eat in town
Lindas Cocina is my favorite place to eat breakfast its in the Albertsons parking lot.
Durango diner is very good.
Sows Ear is a pretty good place if you are looking for a fancy dinner while you are there.
There is another really good Mexican food place on the north side of town past the Old Spainish Trails that I cant remember its name but the local folks we hunt with like it the best.

Serious Texas Bbq is serious... seriously stay away your not in Texas anymore.
