Advice on creating a new website???

I'm thinking about creating a web site, sort of like this forum where players and parents can post info, pic's, requests, start a thread for discussion or whatever. Would need to register to become a member

Vbulletin. It's what most forums that look like this are built from. You can also have paid and free memberships.

I use Weebly.com
It's easy and simple with drag and drop control.
And has a free version that's really good.
