Need Cell Phone Advice

Never have had my own cell phone Company has always provided a free phone. BlackBerry. Well they are no longer providing cell phones when contract expires. We will be given a $50.00 monthly allowance. What do you all recommend. Don't need all the high techie stuff. What can i get for $50.00 and what is the best brand.

That's like asking what broadhead kills the best. It's all personal preference and you have to try them out. For $50.46/month I have my son on an iphone 5 with unlimited talk, text and 2gb data through straighttalk. It's the Att network. Go check them out at Walmart.
