Looking for a lease

What I'm looking for is a place that I can lease, in the hill country area, that has axis. Whitetail won't be my main focus as I want to hunt mainly exotics. I'm looking to maybe lease a small place where I can lease the whole place, or buy multiple spots and bring my family and guest. Let me know if you have anything or know of any leads please.
