To Pre-Register for Blood Trailing Workshop -

    Send an email to nationallacydog@gmail.com.

In this workshop, I talk about things like how dogs learn, selecting a tracking prospect, training techniques, building and nurturing motivation, mental conditioning, and productive ways to correct our dogs.

We find people tend to get a lot out of this seminar aside from just tracking.
My goal is for everyone to leave with a better understanding of how their dog's brain works and ways to build a better relationship with their dog.

Every dog / handler team will get a chance to work a blood trail.

The workshop must be pre-registered so we can prepare enough materials for everyone.

JP Yousha is giving a seminar on selecting and breeding dogs and raising a puppy. Dog structure, genetics, and heritability are covered.

JP is a breeder and the owner and handler of the first ever Great Dane to be ranked in conformation, agility, obedience and rally. She is a brilliant woman with so much knowledge to share.

We are really excited to have the LSBA put on an archery shoot this year.

If you have a dog or pup that you want to get into blood tracking you need to go to this workshop. Great information and a chance to get your dog started on some blood.
Courtney will you guys be doing any certification workshops?

Maybe! I have invited another organization to have one of their tracking certifications at our event but I have not heard back from them.

Man I really want to do this but I can't even seem to get my pup two miles away to Rig's house. Currently I am out in El Paso.

Great news! Texas Blood Trackers has agreed to come and have a tracking certification day.

The TBT offers three levels of certification.

TBT 1 is 400 yards aged at least 2 hours
TBT 2 is 800 yards aged 8 hours
TBT 3 is 1000 yards aged overnight

Each dog gets its own trail so you must pre-register. TBT is the contact group for this so I will let them post the sign up information and other details. This would be a great opportunity to put your dog's skills to the test!

I have a lab that will be about 4 months old what's your opinion on bringing her to the tracking class I have never trained and don't want to be wasting anyone's time.
