    Hog question

Which part of Texas holds the most pigs? I was wondering where they are really heavy at, I know they are generally everywhere, but they have to be really thick somewhere?

Also, does anybody else have pigs that just come and go all the time? Seems like in Jack county where I hunt they are constantly moving and never stay on our lease for real long. Sometimes the camera shows them there everyday and sometimes they go weeks without showing up. Always thought that was strange... Because we have water and food, and people always say that will keep em on your land.

If you feed year round and heavy enough to sustain a big pack they'll stick around in the off season I feed 3 times a day I hunt pigs at night so my feeders go off for five seconds in the morning and afternoon then at 10pm they're set to run about 15 second seems to keep em on my lease in bastrop co

Pigs, squirels and rabbiit have been on the top of my food chain for a long time. Pigs are not as easy to hunt as most folks would like you to believe. Hunting pigs is not an automatic thing unless you're on a paid hunt. Then it's a pretty easy go. They've been feeding them and drawing them into the same area for a long time.

Even if you feed year round, you'll find they won't frequent your feeder during the times theres other natural food out there like acorns, pecans, and stuff like that. That being said, they should still show up occasionally
