Six figures, but i like expensive things and dont use credit. To each their own and what makes them/their family happy. If i had it to do over again, id have crap things and a less stressful (work **** near every weekend) work environment. Instead ive decided to save and retire early, but i just hope i make it to then.

I am not qualified to answer that. I will have to ask Obama. Maybe he will know.

I know this....If TBH didn't have a Classified section, my net worth would be about 3x what it is.

I've never seen a property that will yield a 25% annual return.

but your saying buy producing oil and gas properties and some will do that.

I'd like to see one that would produce a 25% annual return.

The royalties will. Lots are priced around 4yrs of production

Bingo. Non-operated interests are priced even less than that, around 33-50% YOY yield. Operated properties are even less than that. Of course, some assets are more desirable than others and I wouldn't recommend just blindly investing unless you really have a good feel for what you're doing.

The thing that's lost in our side-conversation is that we're all incredibly blessed to have what we have, regardless of income level. At the end of the day, to me, happiness is found in things money can't buy: Christ, family, and friends... and of course the great outdoors.
