Canada doesnt really help all that much.

Depends on how far North in Canada and exactly where your going. Grew up on the Canadian border (Baudette, MN) by June the weather is rather nice. If you are headed anywhere along the border, I wouldn't worry too much about warm. Just something to keep you dry. Come to think of it, we never worried too much about getting wet. Probably should have, but didn't. Once again, depending on where your going, it can rain torrents at times.

Went to Ontario 2 summers ago. Took frogg toggs. Pretty compact stuff and worked like a dream.
Don't get something called dry ducks. Took them to philmont. Blew out the first day I wore them, the pants anyway. They were super light though

If you get frog togs take a roll of duck tape for when they rip in the first day... Simms or bass pro or cabelas gear you won't regret .

I've been rocking the same set of toggs for about 3 years with no holes. I use them at work too. I just don't see the need to spend $500 for a rain suit. Call me cheap I guess.

I guess I don't have the right toggs because in a flat out "down pour" and i am out more than 30 minutes i get wet. An hour in a real rain and I am soaked.
