    Dodge delete questions

Was wanting to do the deletes on my 07 Dodge, on my sons and others recommendation am leaning towards EF live. Where is a good place to get it installed, is it a custom tune for my truck or just a plug and play program and if I do the deletes will my truck run to get it to the installers?

Once exhaust is gone you've got to have a tune before you can run it if not its a whole mother can of worms. 10-4 on EFI it is the *****.

You can also delete the NOX and DPF and run 100ohm sim plugs in place of the sensors for the factory harness. This will stop the regens, but you will also get a CEL (check engine light). But most importantly, you will not be doing the regens any longer. I deleted my 10 dodge and it was the best thing I have ever done to it.

Efi live is a custom thing. You either pay someone to tune for you or tune yourself. You can change everything in the computer. You should do a LOT more research before u do anything. Find a Dodge forum.

get on www.cumminsforum.com there is tons of info on there. Also you can find vendors that sell what you are looking for. I would go with EFI Live. Check out Dave Matthews at Draconian Diesel. They will have everything you need and do custom tunes. I have one of their tunes on my truck. It is awesome!!

Have you tried any of the Anarchy tunes from Tommeygun over there? I run his tunes. Good stuff!

Edit, I think Tommeygun only deals with the 4th gen stuff. Not sure what year yours is.

No I havent. I have a 12 3500 DRW 4x4 S467.7 turbo and some other goodies. Just ordered some Industrial Injection 100hp nozzles. I might try one of Tommeyguns tunes. What do you think of them?

I really like them. I got the 40, 80, 100, and 120 from him. Kind of 8 tunes. 4 of them are wrote where there is low boost fooling and the other 4 are without. The trans shift points are the best I have felt. He knows his 4th gen stuff!!

I gave him my feed back on my mpg running the 80 tune and got 17.6 hand calculated mpg combined city/hwy. He told me to put a few more miles on it and see if it got better. If it didnt he is going to tweak the tune a little more to see if I can squeeze more from it.
