    Good Wireless/Remote meat thermometer?

Anyone have some thoughts on what is a good brand/model for a wireless/remote meat thermometer that I can set on my desk and monitor the cooking progress of brisket, pork shoulder, etc.?

    Check out Maverik

I have 2 of them and they always work. Look at the newer models,#732

    Amazon has them.

Yeah, as mentioned above the Maverick 732 is pretty good. It has two probes. One to measure smoker temp and the other to measure meat temp. I love mine! They do have a new model 733 that looks impressive but I have not used it.

I've got the maverick 733 and like it. I need to mess with it more.

I have the I-grill unit and love it. One probe for meat one for grill temp. Let's me monitor from my I-phone and I can set alarms when the meat hits a certain internal temp and/or if it's grill temp rises or falls outside of my preset temp range

Maverick ET 732. There are others, some more expensive some less, but there is a reason it is one of the most recommended thermometers!
