Can't offer anything but my sincere thanks to your son-in-law for his sacrifice and dedication to our country. God Bless he and your daughter.

Tell him to be able to pass his PT test by at least 70% before leaving, keep his mouth shut, pay attention, work hard always, and be ready to be hassled because of his potential officer slot. Last but not least, tell him to remember to stay humble, don't try to impress drill sgts. They'll know who the good sodiers are.

It'll be a wild ride. Tell him to enjoy it.

Keep your mouth shut and do what your told goes a long ways. Dont be "that guy", "that guy" is the one that ends up taking heat off others, but others still pay for "that guys" mistakes... take it as planned pt lol. Theres always someone who is "that guy"...

              From my experience in USAF
              Don't volunteer for anything
The first few weeks you will do nothing right, even though it might be right
Remember BMT is a timed event and will end eventually
24 Years USAF I can agree to this. Just stay POSITIVE
