I would imagine Willie and Crew could care less about Duck Dynasty ratings at this point. I'd bet they are buying time running out the contract and focusing on building the Duck Commander brand. I would imagine they want out of A&E once the contract expires. On top of that reality TV can only run so long. I'm seeing more DC products than ever before, it use to be the DD stuff all over the place.

That's what I was saying a couple of posts up. DD is sucking in ratings because people see AE for what they are. DC has never done so well! Good on em.

They don't care about fame. I wish I can find that awesome quote by Phil when he said that they know this aint gonna last forever. And they are ok with that.

They are building the Duck Commander name. After DD is gone, there will be tons of show opportunity for Duck Commander. Without A&E getting a cut.
