It seems to me lately our culture wants to make an excuse for everybody, and I'll be honest its hard not to be guilty of it, but I herd this about 2 years ago and have been really working on myself and also holding the young men that I coach accountable to this. It has really helped to change the attitude of our teams.

IMO greatest basketball coach and developer of men ever in the sport. He got it right for sure.

I just hope when I'm gone and dead that folks can say that I was as good as Coach's advice.
