What's the best way to hang a bow on the wall?

I've seen them hung by the cams or limbs in the stores. Are either one better than the other as far as long term? I plan on building one for me and the wife's bows.

I used to have a tree hanger screwed in the wall. Put my bow on that and let it hang by the limb.

I built one to hang on the limbs so it didn't have to hang by the cams..
