Ford Sync USB problem

Anyone have a problem with the sync not recognizing any device plugged into the USB? Everything else seems to be working. USB doesn't even charge phone.

im in, does this in some of our company trucks. every once in a while it will work, then it wont the next 10 times

Looks like Ford has had many complaints about the SYNC system. So, they are dumping Microsoft and going with Blackberry.

Man I've been very pleased with my sync. I rarely use my usb because of bluetooth. Like said above check the fuse.

Have had a few trucks with it. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for you as I haven't encountered this problem.
Maybe go consult with a local ford dealer...??

you have to program in the phone when using the usb like you do without it connected, then it will work

When you plug into the USB you have to change the settings via your radio to usb. i had to read my manual to figure it out

Ford replaced the wiring hub in my wife's car and it works fine now....
I never had any problems with my trucks?
