We had a well drilled within 100 yds (give or take ) of our household waterwell back in the 80's . It , like most of the wells in the area were fracked. Never had any problems with the water. But I sure wouldn't want something like a water tower or anything that meant a large number of trucks traveling up and down the road in the area.

Talk about a one sided article the man isn't against fracking he is against the eye sore that will be created by the tower, huge difference there but based on the article you can barely glean that info out for the rant he has above it and below it against fracking.
Will add why are they building a water tower instead of just regular 500 barrel or bigger tanks that sit on the ground? Really no need for a tower either as the only reason for a tower is to get water pressure and the water trucks have pumps so that is not necessary in this situation. Any of yall seen a tower built to get water instead of the normal on the ground fresh water station?Last edited by westtexducks; 02-25-2014, 11:40 PM.
