Price idea for putting rock around fireplace?

The house right now has tile around the fireplace opening and tile on the flat area in front. My wife is wanting to put rock up instead and have a raised hearth built with rock in front. Any ideas for pricing on something like this? Just trying to get a rough feel before we dive too deep into this.

Lowes has a product that is not stone but looks exactly like stacked stone when put up. Goes up easy with mastic and has a nice finished look. I did my fire place for around $200 with this product.

I know on a new house the upgrade for a rock fireplace was 2600. But since you already have a fireplace I would guess half oe a third of that. Just a guess though.

Right now we have the stacked stone/tile look but she wants to go with something like flag stone or Austin white stone instead plus add the rock hearth in front.

Glued right over exiting tile, bought the slate pieces from Lowes:
