I sure hope there's somebody here that can help me. I kept getting an error message that I was running out of disk space and a message popped up on the lower right corner of my screen that said click here to free up more disk space (or something like that). So that's what I did, and the computer went through something that took several hours and then when it finished I restarted the computer. When I did that, all of my documents which were under the C:windows
ld folder are gone! I can not access My Documents anywhere and it says that the folder is now empty. Sadly, this contained all of our business records and bookings for the next two years! I know... I'm an idiot... but can anybody help me in anyway, or tell me who I need to call to help me find the deleted or erased files? I tried doing the "restore previous version" thing and it didn't work. I'm in tears right now thinking about having to tell my husband what I did. Please tell me I can restore those files!
