Is back in business. He got his state inspection
yesterday. And he's gonna start serving Wednesday.
So now, when ya stop in and buy some cold
ones at my place. You can go next door, and
grab a rib plate. I can't wait myself. Enjoy a
sammich, and a brew. Looking forward to
    seeing y'all.

Where?? Probably not close to me, but who knows! The Loco Coyote, near Glenrose, is really good too if anyone is close to Granbury. It's out in the country, wood floors covered with sawdust, about a dozen tables inside but LOT'S of room outside. Live bands on weekends, GREAT food that MOST can't finish their order...so take it home. Anyway, wish your buddy luck...great barbque is hard to find in my book!

Speaking of BBQ joints opening, Killen's finally opened in Pearland today, and it is awesome. His cue rivals any of the stuff the guys in Austin are putting out. So glad to finally have some legit BBQ in the Houston area.

We are getting close to starting our BBQ restaurant, we have done all the demo inside the building, just waiting on building permit now. Will be called Hick's Country BBQ.

Just south of Cisco down hwy 206.
                    Sorry guys thought y'all knew.
He got a new concession trailer. And it had to be inspected
before he could serve from it.
He has expanded his menu too. Burgers, burritos, pulled pork
                    and lots more.
