I would just like to give a shout out to Joshua Deer Processing in Joshua, TX. Their friendly staff did an excellent job in processing my deer this year. My meat came back well sealed and delicious. Their customer service was outstanding, better than any processor I've ever been to. I would highly recommend taking your next deer to them if you get a chance. Mass grind sausage. You get your own steaks back. They inspect all the meat before grinding to make sure everything is good.
