thanks everyone, if anyone wants a great hunt and great people,and a great place to stay call Blaise at boiling springs ranch,it is 9000 acres lo-fence ,you can get a aoudad up to 31" for 1500 then they go up from there,he has some awesome bow blinds,alot of axis are also movin in. i got the 2 hind quarters and back straps, can someone tell me where to get some sausage made? he did not stink at all,but i hear the best thing to do is make sausage,please give me some tips on the meat....thanks
