Here is a question. If I nock an arrow and line up the string with the pins, the arrow sits slightly to the right. Is that a view I should concern myself with? I'll try to line up a photo.
More times than not, the arrow appearing to be outside the pins/string is perfectly normal. Mathews bows center shot is outside of the physical center of the riser shelf.

In your second video there was less torque on the bow, but there was still some. My guess is your draw length is to long and you have your bow arm locked out, won't know for sure until you can post a side shot video of you shooting.

That being said, I'm working with another shooter who had the same issues with arrows coming out sideways. There were some form and fit issues but the bow was out of time about 20 degrees, center shot was inside 3/16th, nock was 1/4 high, brace is off by 1/8. I fixed most of this but something still isn't right. This bow had a new custom string and cable put on it and setup by a shop.

Is the bow back to spec after the string install. Ata, brace height. Does it meet spec weight??

Korbin had me send him my bow and built a new string, installed it and had it shot.

The pic does look like my draw is a bit long. Thoughts?

Looks like the d loop could be shortened some

D loop is a little long and why is your hand dropped 45 degrees from the rest of your arm?

I think your DL is at least an inch too long.

Peep looks too high as your nock is inline with your chin instead the corner of your mouth.

Your trigger finger is really having to reach.

This is why you should go to a good bow shop and have THEM help you, and teach you, to tune your bow properly; and work on your form. Trying to learn all this stuff, brand new, off a forum is making it 100X more difficult (on yourself) than it needs to be. Spend some money and some time to get a pro to help you flatten out that learning curve. I'm not talking about Bas Pro or Cabelas, either - a good bow shop.

Good luck! I know its frustrating but they'll do more for you in a few hours than you'll be able to figure out by yourself in months.

Would need a closer pic to tell more about draw length and anchor point but the biggest glaring thing after looking at the draw length picture is your release is way, way too long. Shorten that thing up where you can hook your finger around the trigger without reaching for it and get your hand straight with your arm, then take another pic.

When you anchor with eyes closed, is your nose touching the string and when you open your eyes can you see through the peep?
