    Vehicle alignment question.

    My truck: 2000 F350 4x4 SRW

The balljoints on driver side need to be replaced. The tire/wheel combo leans in from the top. In other words...if your standing at the front of the truck, looking at the tire, the top of tire leans toward the truck.

My question is: could that condition alone (leaning tire) cause the truck to pull hard to the right?

    Yes...

If your ball joints are worn you could have other worn parts, but worn ball joints will effect camber, caster, and toe angles all which will cause a pull.

Absolutely. Had to do this with my car. Ended up replacing all the ball joints and tie rod ends.
