Need ford mechanic help

I have a 99' V10 truck that keeps bogging down. It idols perfect but acts like it's not getting enough gas. I already changed out the fuel filter and have taken off the air filter to get more air. I can idol the RPM's up and really no change but when I try to drive it that is when it Boggs down and when I let off the gas it will idol perfect again. Could this be the fuel pump going bad but why does it idol like it does. Or could it be something else. Thanks

Maybe a clogged exhaust.

I think the exhaust is blowing good. Can't keep hand over tail pipe

Also when starting up it really has to turn over a long time to start. It usually cranks right up

Again while trouble shooting. If I drive it in forward it bogs out but for some reason not in reverse. I am at a total loss here
