19 doe receipts were handed out last year.
18 people w/ doe receipts sent there applications in, that left 182 spots open for draw. Only 43 people that got drawn last year were drawn again this year.

Man that sucks, just 3 years ago you had a 40% chance of getting drawn, every year that goes by the probablility of me never getting to hunt out there increases.

Chad was one of the doe reciepts. THat lucky terd. I forgot to apply last year and this year i got drawn 534. THat stinks. Maybe next year. Hey when are you going to teach me to catch smallies up at texoma. Philip said you know where they are.

He wont tell me your spots but he tells me you know where they are. LOL. I retired from tourneys for now so your spots are safe with me. I really do want to go fishing with you one day though. My boat is out of comission. I just want to learn to catch them.
