Lease insurance?

What kind of policy would a landowner would need to protect him from accidents etc. In a hunting lease situation. I know a land owner who is worried about hunters coming out and getting hurt on his property and suing. But he might be willing to lease if I pay for the proper insurance.
And how much would a policy cost cost?

We have to have insurance for our lease. $100 a year for 4 guys on 2000ac.

think ours is a large blanket & comes to $100ea for less than a dozenn hunters...we also have to have guests sign waivers and assume the ins covers them??
