About how many shells did you shoot per day? I'm trying to get a handle on how much this is going to cost. Thanks in advance.

1000 to 1200 a day is a good day and shooting a lot. My big day I shot around 2800 and was wore out.

Look at my thread, I just got back. Guys I have talked to average was 500 per half day. I shot at least 1000 per half day. I went a little nuts. I shot 3000+ birds two of the days. If you love to shoot and at a place like I was then 1000 shells per half day is pretty comfortable shooting.

What's the shell bill look like at the end of the week?

Can be big(shell bill). Mine was $6500 but I went a little crazy. $2000-4000 pretty reasonable for 4 days.

Just so you don't worry too much there is another side of the spectrum. There were four guys from Amarillo at another lodge while we were there. They came over for lunch one day. They were shooting 500-700 doves a day and shooting about a 1000 shells per day. I think they were doing more socializing and drinking. That shell bill won't be bad. The shot 3 days. That should be like $1500.
