    happy with my HEMI!

bought a new (to me; 2012) dodge 4 door st with the 5.7 HEMI. only has 16k miles. plenty of power. lots of room. runs great and after 3 tanks of gas already, I'm averaging 19.6 mpg! that is excellent compared to my 2002 chevy z71 which got around 14 mpg at best. just thought i'd share.

that is all. back to the russian women's winter shuffle board team thread!

nope. didn't get 4x4 this time. tell ya the truth, I've had 3 4x4's and rarely if ever use it. i have a utv and atvs. so the truck doesn't get in the mud much at all.

Hope you didn't get it from Dallas Dodge... They've been known to "reclaim" their merchandise

been looking at a bed cover. i really wanted a camper shell, but my wife decided i didn't want one! says it looks like an old man truck with a camper. so, to keep momma happy, I'm gonna get a retrax bed cover. everyone I've talked to that has a bed cover says they get about 2-3 mpg better mileage!

bought this truck and a nissian pathfinder for my wife from car max. best and easiest car buying experience ever! longest part of the whole deal was choosing which truck i wanted. ill never buy another new vehicle.

I am in a 2013 rental with the hemi due to bad luck during ice day, I hope they get my truck finished soon or I'll probably end up with a couple tickets. This truck sure is fun to drive.

I can tell from experience with 4 trucks that had some type of bed cover that increased fuel mileage is FALSE!

That being said I will never own a truck without some kind of bed cover. I had an F250 super duty with a camper shell and LOVED it. But it did restrict what you could carry in the bed and it was too heavy to take off by myself.

The next F350 had a fiberglass bed cover painted to match the paint. It leaked and wore struts out about every 12 months because it was so heavy. Also being a long bed it was a PITA to remove by myself.

The last 2 trucks I've had an Undercover bed cover and I love it. Light enough I can easily remove it my myself, seals up very well and didn't cost a fortune.

I've never owned one of the retractable bed cover but I've heard mixed reviews on them and you give up almost a foot of valuable bed space. I personally would not own one.

+1 for the Undercover bed cover, or the bakflip bed covers, I like the idea of no extra keys
