    Stokerized 8" Hunter Stabilizer

I'm in the market for a new stabilizer for my new bow and wanted to go a different direction than the Octane I had on my last bow. Any reviews on this particular stabilizer or any ideas on which direction to head?

    Thanks,

    Anthony

I think anything less than 10" is not doing much stabilization. Then there are those stabs that are only for looks at 6" and under. I like the 10" B-Stinger Pro Hunter Xtreme personally and the Stoekerized 10" is right behind it IMO. Just like bows and music, it's all personal opinion as to which ones are the best. Go to your local pro shop and try a 10" B-Stinger, I think you'll be as impressed as I was.

Thanks Daniel75! I have a buddy with a bstinger and he is pleased. Did you use a quick disconnect on your b-stinger? I know it isn't necessary but taking apart to get in my bow case gets old quick.

No, I was testing a bow in a shop and they let me try a couple of them on the demo bows.

Thanks for the info. Pro shop here doesn't carry a lot to chose from.

i've also had half a dozen of them and like them as well.

I wasn't a fan of the ss1 but lots of guys love em

I personally like bstingers better but stoker is an excellent product.

I am a fan of the Delta Rail Tactical Stabilizer. I have had one for a couple of years and have no complaints. Very handy with the hip bone attachment, especially for stalking.

that is simply not true. a stabilizer's effectiveness on a bow is largely contingent on a bow's geometry. you can get away with a lot less length on shorter brace bows it all depends on a bow's center of gravity as to what it takes................then again different folks feel its effects differently and want different things from a stab.

Thanks for all the input. I decided to go with the 10" Stokerized Hunter with metal Saturn weight.
