Does this lightforce plug Into a cigarette lighter? And does it come with red lense?

One with a dimmer for sure. It's amazing how low you can turn it down and still see the eyes.

Another vote for Lightforce! Get the dimmer if you can but it's not necessary. I've been using the standard 170 for many years. Once you find eyes, just keep them in the halo instead of the main beam. Funny how we ever managed to kill predators before the dimmer came out. Lol.

Red lens - get it if you can but, again, it's not necessary. The filter cuts the beam down and I have just as much luck with white light as green or red.

I only use a spotlight when I'm calling with 2+ more people and I'm primarily the caller/light guy - the corded spotlight is just too bulky and awkward to be really useful when I'm shooting too. We use a Nite Hunter Illumination "Rifle Light" as handhelds and scan with them, with almost identical success. They fit in you pocket, too! I'd never sell my Lightforce but I figured if give you the whole story.

There's nothing at Cabelas that can compare to a Lightforce. Nothing.

Anyone use the green laser light ND3 or 5???? I have a wildcat that works really good but looked at the laser light and they look pretty good for keeping a concentrated beam.. I'm being over ran by yotes. Had 10 in the yard yesterday at 10am, and my wife happened to look out as they were circling my dog. She had to yell to keep the dog from getting bit before I could grab my gun in the other room. Killed two last night. Dead cow in the pasture and it must have brought them in for miles!

Personally I don't like the cordless ones, they die quickly and the battery wears out so much that they aren't worth much. For $39.99 Cabela's sells a 3.5 million candle power corded light that is great, then you can spend the rest of your card on ammo.
