Glued in field points?

Is it a common practice for a bow shop to glue field points into the arrows when you buy them and ask for field points? I have never seen it, but it appears that is what I bought recently unless they are extremely tight.

I have seen the inserts glued in, but not the actual field point.

Target points, not field points. One screws in an insert, the other doesn't!
