I've stayed in Covington alot. They have nice places. Very safe. Good food in the area, too. I like Don's and The Chimes.

anywhere close to I-12 and 190 ..... very safe area as pointed out above

Yeah I couldn't help it, most people asking about the city, New Orleans is very unsafe this time of year. Chimes in nice on the river has a dock walk out on, Acme osyster house is ok, busters place is good half price osysters tonight that's where I am taking my wife to eat there tonight. Covington is quite, safe area

I work in Covington.. The ones by the interstate are fine.
Actually the entire area should be fine. As already stated. Sorry about the funeral. Really good food in this area.
