hulu is better than nothing, but if you can only have one I'd go with Netflix.

I didn't like hulu because of the commercials, and the fact that some shows can only be watched on computer, and also some shows only have clips, like Justified.

Amazon Prime is ok also, but most newer episodes are pay-per-episode for the most part, the seasons past are available via prime for alot of them, some not. Just depends.

All 3 have their short comings

Between Netflix and Hulu. Netflix wins without a doubt.

X2. I prefer amazon prime to both though. Way better IMO

I prefer Netflix over the competition. Tried them all and Netflix wins hands down. I agree that the selection is lacking a bit but you can always find something to watch.

                  I have both.

Netflix has complete past seasons of stuff I like, Hulu primarily has the current season (there are some exceptions, but this is my primary observation)

Movies are much better on Netflix, unless you are into B movies, in which case Hulu is a gold mine.

We ditched cable about a year ago, and I don't really miss it. We have discussed adding Amazon Prime, and will soon. We went from $120 per month cable bill to less than $20 per monh for both services. I really don't miss live TV, I'm not a big sports person, someone who is would want to address this before dumping cable.

We have Roku boxes in 2 rooms, and I watch some stuff on the computer.

Most of the hunting shows on the Roku are OK. Many of the well known ones want you to pay, I refuse to, so I just delete them. Some of the apps require you to pay (like History and A&E), which sucks. I deleted them as well.

There is a ton of stuff, but some of it is like buying apps for your smartphone, except it is a monthly fee. I haven't tried any of the hunting channels, don't know if it is worth it?

Have any/all of you done away with cable or dish all together? I'm seriously thinking about dropping cable and going with antenna for local and Netflix/amazon/ and whatever else for the rest of what I watch. One of my hesitations is what to do when football season comes around and having access to ESPN or Fox Sports for the college games?

Sports and Hunting shows are lacking.
