Not for sure about the actual dates, but I was talking to a lady at TPWD yesterday and she said that the printed materials were expected to be delivered this week or next.

Hagerman has their Seg A hunt on Nov 1 (opening of general season). Count back 5 weeks and archery season starts Sep 27.
