After being on the same ranch for 14 years then having the next just fall into our hands through a friend for another 3, we haven't had to try very hard before so what is the best way to find a new lease? All these hunting lease websites seem to me like a bunch of middle man involvement and over priced properties! Would the newspaper and chamber of commerce be the way to go? What about the local feed stores and driving around talking to people? Finding just any lease is a piece of cake but finding the right lease you're looking for is a different story!
