Students can be a gold mine IF, and that's a big if, you sign your lease agreement with the parents. Many students are struggling to pay for school and move often without paying rent. But serious students that have financial backing from parents can be a four year monthly check without much hassle. Guy that got me interested rents several houses in Brian college station mostly to students like this and does very well. I try keep families in my houses its worked pretty well for me back ground and credit checks help. It's another job for sure but if you stay on top of things 5 or 10 rent houses that are paid for can really pad your retirement financially.Comment
