Need Help GS! Need Honeymoon ideas...

Saw another thread similar to this, and saw some good advice. Hoping you guys can help with something closer to our situation. We're gettin' hitched in Crockett, in May. Going to do a smallish trip to a cabin style bed and breakfast. Was thinking Hill Country... but open to suggestions.... on the want list:

private hot tub
creek/river access for swimming
feeling of seclusion(not a bunch of cabins stacked on top of each other)
Hour or so drive from fun stuff to do.
King size bed

within 3-4ish hour drive of Crockett.

we're also considering some cabins up in Arkansas, maybe do some striper fishing on Lake Ouachita... Tried to get her to go for an exotic bowhunting trip, but that she wasn't quite down for that...

Suggestions? Experiences? Advice? c'mon you redneck romeos, help a brother out!

No place in particular but check out Wimberley. 30 minutes from Austin and less than an hour to San Antonio.

I wonder how many people use those hot tubs before they are drained and refilled? I think I would just stick with the bed, but who knows how often the sheets are really changed either. Arkansas would be neat. Have fun

Beavers bend in Oklahoma has a bunch of private cabins and they aren't stacked on top of each other. I love the hill country but you aren't really going to find anything secluded

Have you ever been out to Vernon Mosleys place out of Crockett? Beautiful lodge on a 7 acre lake full of monster bass. Talk about isolation! Just a thought. I know he has rented the place to me for a weekend a couple of times when I had well known clients that I didn't want to put up in a hotel for privacy reasons. Also would be a stunning place for a wedding!
