    another craigslist scam

So I am putting my feelers out looking to purchase a UTV in the near future and I come across the below listing in Craigslist Houston. As said before "if it sounds to good to be true...buyer beware!

This kinda fraud just ****** me off but at the same time it makes me laugh!

Where's the NSA when you need them??(my guess too busy data mining) maybe if I replied with a known wanted terrorist name and maybe mention I am a grass farmer that utilizes UTV's to spread fertilizer I could garnish some attention to help catch these POS people...haha

Elkbow thanks for previous post related to this matter!!

    Hi,

First, a few words about this 2008 Polaris Ranger XP 700 EFI Silver Metallic:
This Ranger has a full steel cab, with glass windows, heater with 2 stage fan, and wiper. Factory silver metallic with black graffics, color coded seat, box decals, and suspension. Alloy wheels with good rubber, although the tires are not the same brand/design all around. Full size, 3 passenger with belts, selectable 2/4wd, and fully automatic transmission with Hi/Low range. Dump box, 2" rear receiver hitch, and side storage compartment.
The atv is in perfect working condition, garage kept, with nothing mechanically wrong - like new!
This ranger has only 745 miles and 120 Hrs on it, used just to cruise.
    Exterior color: Silver Metallic
If you decide to buy it, you'll receive all the papers, owner manual, keys, a buy-sell contract already signed by me and the clear title.
I have a low price ( $ 2,595 ) because I want to sell the polaris very quickly. My husband died 2 months ago and I along with my daughter decided to sell the house and we moved to my parents in Louisiana. Due to the fact I am very busy at work and don't stay too much at home I can't conclude this transaction personally. But I left everything prepared for the sale. The transaction will be made trough Google Payments. This way you can receive assistance for shipping, titles transfer, etc.
If you are really interested in purchasing the polaris please contact me asap.

    Kind Regards,
    Jennie Pearson

        Sounds like a great deal!
For grins and giggles I swapped emails with one of those CL scammers for a few days before I finally gave them a good cussin'. They should turn the Seals loose on those thieving jack wagons!

KIND REGARDS ! LOL they all have that. By the way, if you continue they will send you a link to GOOGLE payments and even a confirmation number. Of course it is all fake.

Common. Boats, atv, motorcycles. Seen all the computer generated adds from a lady in Podunk Oklahoma that just needs to get rid of this because the memories are too hard to bear............just wire the money and then you can pick it up from its storage facility in Tenbucktoo. She will gladly give you the code...

I think this same exact one was posted on here before with the picture. Then a TBH'er also found the same exact thing for sale in San Fransico, and another TBH'er took it a step further and found the original picture of the UTV the thief used on a UTV forum.

Ran into one of these the other day looking for a car for my son. It wasn't craigslist but some car search.
