    Multiple lock system for gates

Anyone here know someone that makes one for pipe gates? I need one for my place down south as my neighbor that has an easement on our property seems to lock me out every now and then on accident. Need something better then chain links so nothing falls off by accident.

Not sure on the multiple lock system but if they're too dumb to lock their lock through yours they wont' be able to work the multi lock.

Lock them out by accident a few times and they will be more careful

          give him a combo lock.

We just use a chain with three locks, the key is just locking locks on locks, not real hard.

              44 unlocks everything.....
Seriously, put enough chain BETWEEN the locks so there is NO excuse for leaving one out.

I gave them the combo to my lock. They cut the AEP lock off every time they put one on it seems.

This. I work for power company and we always seem to be locked out. We put our lock on opposite side of chain of other locks. We never get locked out then

                        It's a pipe gate?

Get a welder to fab you a lock out of 12 inch pipe. It's hard to explain, but they are used in the oilfield alot. You can put 12 or more locks on them.

Take a 12 inch pipe. Cap it with flat plate. Drill 12 holes. Pad lock in each hole. You unlock your lock and pull the pin up thru your hole.

No way to lock someone else out.

The first picture on this site is what I'm talking about, although the way the aluminum gate on the right is latched, it makes it confusing:

A horizontal circle with holes for each lock cut in it. When the lock is removed the latch is able to go through the hole and the gate can be opened. The circle spins. I need to find a pic. Seen all different kinds on the gates to the ranches with oil field out here. It works the best. Seen 20-30 locks on one gate before lol.

We used to have a barrel lock on ours. It worked like the ones in the pics above except it was round. Everyone had there own lock and could open the gate without messing anyone else up.

Just like the pic in philcam's link!
