My son spent several hours converting this snake into a belt. Tanning the hide, attaching it to the leather, sewing the edges etc.
He entered it into the Travis county 4H competition and won Grand Champion for leatherworking! It now goes to auction and whatever money raised goes to a scholarship for him. It is really cool to see his hard work pay off, it was quite a struggle for him to finish this as it takes a lot of tedious work sewing the edges.
