It is excellent to eat I have made chili and jerky turned out awesome. Had some bacon wrapped filets that is like eating beef and all the sausage I have is awesome. I heard it tasted like grass but they were wrong I would definintly eat another one

I guess u can mix anything in sausage and it will be good...
Imo antelope has the taste of an old shoe.
