    Need some help from the GS guys

    Ok I am getting over some major surgery. I doing so I have drop some weight which I like even the doc agrees. What I need is suggestions on how to loss a little and get in better shape. I not into gyms or running or anything like that. Is there anything else I ban do.

    I lost it quicknswitching to drinking only water. Jog the neighborhood and it'll come off.

      Sounds like you don't like to exercise. All you can do is change your ways of eating.

          30 minutes of activity, 7 days per week. Walking, jogging, lifting weights, anything.

          Look at what you're eating, and eat 10% less. Serving sizes, snacks, deserts.

          Increase the calories out and reduce the calories in and you have to loose weight.

          I make it sound so simple, don't I? My wife says I have a tire.

            There are a few workout apps( sports tracker ) that you can use( and also has work out plans) to track workouts. By tracking it your exercise you are more likely to stay involved, motivated to move past current goals etc. walking at a good clip is just as good as running, drinking a large glass of water in the morning may help cravings for a couple hours.

              Eat less calories than you burn everyday and the weight will slowly come off.

                Just my two cents.........in addition to eating better, you must find something that will burn some calories whether that be playing basketball, jumping rope, yard work, walking, etc. There are a lot of things that will help you exercise and not feel like you are exercising. The key is getting your body moving. Good luck to you.

                    I just lost 70 lbs using myfitnesspal phone app. It calculates how many calories you need based on your weight, height, gender, work ethics and such. I walk 30 to 45 minutes a day too. If you exercise and log it it will add calories to your diet. My whole family has done it and we lost a combined 180 lbs. Other family and friends have done it and it worked for everybody. That is as long as you are 100% honest in what you log. If you put it in your mouth, log it. Just letting you know what worked for us. God bless.

                      Walk through the woods more.

                      Take your dog for walks.

                      Go surf/wade fishing.
