    franchises for under 100k

Been thinking, if I had the cash, what franchise would I want to open. I have a few quick ideas but all need too much money upfront. Y'all got any ideas?

I know a retired HFD guy with 2 of these and he has done well with them. He has lost to thieves more than once but he hasn't given a thought to selling out because of it.

I wouldn't have thought it would be that high. I guess stand alone freezers with a large ice maker are a little more pricey than I thought.

Climate controlled mini storage. If you look at their NOI its amazing what they pull in.

I have always heard that automatic car washes are gold mines.

I am sure it would cost a ton, but I think the safest franchise is a Chick-Fil-A. I have never seen one not doing great business.

Brother, I'm in the same boat! I'm seriously looking for something I can invest in that will make me money when I'm not there...

100K wont even buy you the Chic-Fil-A sign

Only fast food you can get into for 100K is Subway.

That's what I was thinking. You can tell which franchises are cheaper (under100k) because there are on every corner.

                        PM your way.

I personally would stay away from food service. To make any money you have to have multiple locations, it takes selling alot of chicken tenders or sandwiches to make any real money. Quick Service Food market is getting very crowded.....

No question. I was just saying that if you had the money, that is the where I would spend it.

Doesn't have to be a franchise, but water/fire restoration is a great business.
If you wanted to get into the restoration end of it, it's even better.

I'm working in Atlanta right now and the local guys are booked 150-200 claims out on their waiting lists.

Just wish I had a couple of semi-trucks full of equipment to rent to them

ServPro is about a 100 grand.
                              PuroClean is about the same.

This is a good link for costs, liquid requirements, etc.

A PuroClean franchise can offer the chance to start your own business and be your own boss in the Maintenance industry. Start your search for the perfect franchise today.
