I am trying to get into the MWD field. I recently quit my job as a teacher due to being promised an MWD job with a company. Unfortunately after resigning from my teaching position the owner of the company will not answer my phone calls or say anything in regards to the position. Pretty upsetting that I had to quit my job. Nonetheless I am here hoping that someone may have a connection to the industry. I am really hoping to get into the field as it is what I want to do. Teaching is great but I am so used to traveling and being gone from being in the military. I have an education degree and specialize in Biomechanics- I like to think of it as a sub discipline of engineering. Familiar with Newton's theories as well as statistics from college courses. I am open to any oilfield job that requires traveling. I am also a veteran not sure if that helps. Any leads or info will be greatly appreciated. Once again thanks.
