Got filled with the word today!!

Man this morning I had a struggle going on within me about if I should go to church or stay home and get some stuff done that I needed to get done. Well the good side won and I packed you the two kiddos and went to church.
Man once I got there I could tell it was the Lord speaking to me!! This young lady gave her testimony on how she had hardened pride and stubbornness and how it effected her life in many negative ways. She talked about how she ended up at our church and how the Lord worked in her to help her tame those feelings and how to start listening to others and listen for his teachings in those people as well.

I was sitting there reflecting and seeing myself in this woman. I am glad I went, the lord was definitely using her to talk to me today!

That's all I have to say about that...

So many times we think "I can worship all by myself (doing whatever it is WE want to do). It's just not the case. Not only do we need what we can get from group worship but just like this woman, WE can offer something many times to help others that may be struggling with similiar issues let alone as a group we can send more prayers to God for those that are hurting etc.

I fight the devil many times a year on said battle and EVERYTIME I end up going I am BLESSED!

He comes to us in his time and this happens to me all multiple time a week. His wisdom has a way of re-adjusting my society filled attiitude. God is good listen carefully to his hints.
