Same thing happened to my 65. Contacted them about it and its covered for free under warranty. Wanted me to ship it back and will send me a new one but I didnt since it was at the beginning of the season and mine still seals correctly.
Gonna do it soon now that the season is done with and I dont need it every other day.
Has anyone dealt with their returns? Am I supposed to find a box to ship it back in or can I just tape the shipping label to the cooler? lol
