So we have this young special needs man who works at a store in our small town. He rides a trike pedal bicycle to work, home & around town. The other day he scratched off a million dollar winning lottery ticket.

I hear that. Apparently his special needs are more physical and less mental, so I hope that goes along way with him getting to keep the money. He doesn't like to talk about the scratch off with anyone goes the story. So that's a good thing too.
Its also good to know people really do/can win a million dollars on the scratch offs.Comment
