    Lone Survivor

Hands down the most intense movie I've ever seen. Very difficult for me to watch, but sooo worth it. Our country knows a thing or two about training war fighters. God bless them all!

I may be more sensitive to such things than most but folks please don't take the kids. The horrors of war are a little too real with this one.

Saw him on Fox news last night. He's about 85% happy with how the film was done-

I wouldn't expect anyone that had gone through something like that would approve completely. There's always "director's" authority or override when putting these together.

            I'm going tomorrow.

I haven't seen the movie yet but heard him say in the radio interview that was posted earlier today that reality was really 4 days in the village and a night rescue but the movie shows 2 days and a day rescue. Not sure where.

Also there is some knife fight scene that never happened.

The movie also don't show Marcus in the process of dragging himself 6-8 miles across those mountains because he was paralyzed.

I ain't ashamed to say that I cried when I read that book. I've never been in a firefight even remotely close to what they dealt with; but being a vet myself, the descriptions of their heroism and courage shook me to the core.
