gun values

Folks on here seem to have a lot of knowledge on gun values. I am not really a gun guy but my mother has some guns that belonged to my step-dad. He passed away about 2-1/2 years ago and she would like to sell them. I need some help on ball park values of the following:
Remington model 33 .22
Marlin model 5510 Super Goose 10 gauge bolt action shotgun
Iver Johnson "Champion" 20 gauge single shot
HAKIM 7.9mm Egyptian Mauser

I know condition affects value but I really don't know how to gauge that. I would say they are at least in good condition. None of these were bought new- he owned a beer store in the country and he acquired these from folks needing money.

My guess is maybe 125 or 150 on the Remington, you will be looking at 40-75 bucks a piece for the otheres, except maybe that last one....that could be a wild card.

A quick search shows some auctions for that Mauser from 600-800.


I wouldn't sell that little .22, or just give her a hundree bucks for it. Those old Remington bolt actions are super accurate, and great to teach kids with.
